LMAP offer a wide range of services over and above simply providing mortgage advice. We will take all your details and supporting documents in order to apply for your mortgage, property valuation, protection and even instruct your solicitor for you.

We have a team of advisers so there is always someone here to help, unhampered by disruptions such as holidays – something often experienced with smaller firms. As our client, you don’t have to take time out of your busy work schedule to arrange your finances because, we will see you in your home or at our office and at hours to suit. We also keep in touch throughout the term of the mortgage in order to make sure that no one pays more than they should.

In addition, LMAP strives to give back to the community and the environment. We aim to create a work environment which greatly reduces the use of paper and eliminates it wherever possible. LMAP also designates a charity of the year and we like to find inventive ways of raising money and giving back to the community. For instance, from the organisation of the Lincoln Warm Rail designed to provide the homeless with donated warm clothing, to sponsorships for climbing mountains!

To sum up, we would describe LMAP as a warm and friendly team who take a holistic approach to a person’s finances. We take absolute pride in providing the best service to each and every one of our clients.

    Hi I’m Kat, a co-director and mortgage and protection adviser at LMAP. As my friends and family know, becoming a Mortgage Adviser is my dream career. I have worked for both Estate Agents and Banks/Building Societies to build up my expertise since 2001. After having a career break to stay at home with my 2 lovely children, I qualified in December 2012 and have been giving mortgage and protection advice ever since. I became self-employed as a adviser in 2015 and set up LMAP in 2016 as I felt this would put me in the best position to do what I love, which is looking after my clients, in the way that I think it should be done.

    LMAP has grown from strength to strength and I have never looked back! I love being able to provide such a valuable service to people during what can be one of the most stressful times in their life, making it that much easier from the very beginning and throughout the whole process. Knowing that not only did my client get the home or investment they want, but also the right deal for them and the insurances to make sure they can keep it for as long as they choose. It’s very rewarding!

    Outside of work, I have been known to climb a mountain or two, I like boating, camping and the great outdoors, but mostly I’m happy if I’m hanging out with my family.

    Hi, I’m Candice and I am LMAP’s Office Manager. Prior to this role, I was a Conveyancing Executive for a large Law firm where I gained valuable knowledge and practical experience with regards to the property market. This experience secured my interest therefore inspiring me to attend the University of Lincoln where I obtained an LLB Law degree. After taking a short career break to have my two beautiful girls, I joint LMAP in 2018.

    Its really interesting seeing the process from a Brokers point of view. Witnessing at first hand how a client can go from a high street decline to achieving something they thought not possible is truly fulfilling.

    What I appreciate most about my role at LMAP is the diversity of my responsibilities. Furthermore, the prospect of growing with a company that holds the same ethos and direction as my own is something I feel proud to be a part of.

    Hi, I’m Simon and am a mortgage and protection specialist at LMAP. I have been in financial services since 2004, previously having worked for large high street banks as a mortgage adviser and as a financial planning manager. I have been a mortgage broker since 2013 and haven’t looked back.

    After experiencing the range of positions within the financial industry, I have found that my real passion is in mortgages and protection. I find helping clients buy their ideal home very rewarding, and I love to help people save money too.

    Having previously worked as a protection advisor for Scottish Widows, I am also just as passionate, if not more so about educating and arranging the right personal and family protection for my clients. After seeing the difference and the financial relief it provides when helping clients with a claim – and learning that truly, anything can happen – has been a real eye opener. Educating clients on the various options available and reviewing their existing covers to make sure they are still right for them is paramount. I find this gives my clients peace of mind which in turn gives me peace of mind knowing that I have provided a fully tailored service for every one of my customers.

    Out of work I like to spend time with my family. I also like to keep fit by going the gym and playing squash and football.

    Hi, I’m Roxanne, Mortgage and Protection Advisor at LMAP.

    I have worked in mortgages since 2004 and have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in a variety of mortgage related positions. From customer service to mortgage related complaints, I feel I have a dynamic background in mortgages. I settled into the role of a Mortgage and Protection Adviser in 2012 with a high street bank and made the jump into being a broker last year. I felt the time had come to step out of my comfort zone and explore what other lenders had to offer.

    I love having access to the vast variety of lenders and mortgage products out there, as it allows me to find and tailor a mortgage and protection package that suits my clients needs now and in the future. I love researching lending policy and creating excellent relationships with out lenders and insurers along the way.

    I take great pride in being by the side of my clients for their home buying journey and beyond. For me it’s about creating a long lasting relationship and working together to achieve their dreams. There is no bigger compliment than someone returning for my services and recommending me to their friends and family.

    LMAP have welcomed me with open arms and I am very privileged to work alongside them and look forward share our knowledge and expertise.

    Outside of work you will normally find me front and centre at a live gig, attending conventions and enjoying professional wrestling. My two children keep me very busy with their various activities and I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

    Hi, I am Jolanta and I am a mortgage administrator at LMAP. I come from Lithuania. On completion of my university masters degree, I came to live and have worked in Lincoln as a personal assistant and general sales administrator for various financial companies since 2011.  Working for different companies has allowed me to get valuable knowledge and experience to offer administrative support to company directors and colleagues.

    I have joined LMAP after taking a career break to have my lovely daughter back in 2018. I enjoyed staying at home, however it made me realise how much I have missed going to work!

    I love being a mortgage administrator and getting involved in the process of helping clients to find their dream home. I find it very fulfilling and I am extremely proud to be part of a brilliant team!

    Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, walking my dog, and reading books.

    My name is Claire and I am a Mortgage and Protection Advisor at LMAP.

    I have been in the Financial Industry for 18 years working for HSBC one of the worlds largest banking and financial services organisations as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor in branches around Lincoln and Nottinghamshire.

    Over the years, I have helped 1,000’s of customers and I have gained experience in all aspects of mortgage lending from helping first time buyers, customers looking to review their existing mortgages, to clients looking to add to their buy to let portfolios.

    I am taking all my years experience, knowledge and skills from working for HSBC and combining them with now being able to advise on the whole of market. I am excited at the prospect of being able to help more clients and I take tremendous pride in helping customers obtain a mortgage that meets all their needs.

    In addition to ensuring every client has the right mortgage in place, I am passionate about protection and ensuring that each client fully understands their needs and has protection in place that not only fits their budget, but will confirm that in any eventuality they are able to remain in their home or provide for their dependants should anything happen.

    Picking the right advisor for you is really important. I will provide a personalised service tailored to you and ensure that not only is your application looked after from start to finish, but you have a point of contact to answer any questions you may have along the way.

    Hi I’m Laura and I am a mortgage and protection specialist at LMAP.

    I have been in the financial industry for the last 18 years (my whole working life) and have worked for Nationwide Building Society for all that time in various roles. Working for the UK’s largest building society as a Mortgage advisor for the last 12 years has taught me how important our members are, and that they and their families are at the heart of everything I do. I have taken those skills and values from my time there and combining them with being able to now advise from a wider market, I can look after and help more clients. Now being able to offer a wider range of advice if your circumstances were a little more unusual or required something more specialised feels amazing!

    I love my clients, and have helped thousands over the years, therefore I want to help you as much as possible whether it’s buying your first home, changing your rate or adequately protecting yourselves should the worst happen. It can be scary out there and I want to be able to give the “human touch” from start to finish. That’s why I have chosen to work for LMAP, as they have an amazing ethos, and are so proud of what they do for their clients. Although I have relocated to The Fens, I used to live and work in Lincoln, so if I have helped you in the past, please get in touch as it would be great to help you again.

    Outside of work family is key, therefore you will find me running around after my little boy spending time with friends and in the kitchen whipping up something tasty. I’ve been told that I am also a bit of a “mad cat lady”, as we have 3 rescues who are just as needy as the humans in my life.

    My name is Laura (or Laura P as I am the second Laura now in the Team!).  I am a Mortgage and Protection Advisor at LMAP.

    I have worked in the Mortgage industry since qualifying in 2018 and over the last five years have built a wealth of experience helping various clients, including First Time Buyers, clients using the Help To Buy Scheme, the First Homes Scheme, debt consolidation, Buy To Let clients, through to Holiday Let purchases, all across the country.  I offer a friendly, personal approach and will help you every step of the way, making what may seem like a daunting exercise, as seamless and simple as possible.   I won’t just advise on your current mortgage product, but I will take a wider approach reviewing your finances and suggesting ways in which I can help you both now and in the future.  We will work on a long-term plan together and I will help you through your life long property journey.  I will ensure that you and your family are fully protected to take away any financial worries should anything happen along the way.

    Away from work, I enjoy spending lots of time with my family and friends.  I have twin girls, two teenage step-daughters and an old but lovely doggy.  Our four girls keep us on our toes and we enjoy family holidays and spending time at our caravan at Tattershall Lakes when we can.  This year we did the big Florida trip and next year we have our first Skiing holiday planned, which I am very excited about!

At LMAP, we require self-employed Mortgage and Protection Advisers to help build the LMAP brand, promoting our business ethos and working in our established ethical way.

As someone familiar with working in a regulated environment, you will understand the importance of adhering to strict protocol in addition to always putting your client at the forefront of your actions. You will be keen to develop within our respected firm and in return for this you will benefit from a generous self-employed package.

We are offering a fantastic opportunity to work within a firm where your input will make a real difference – we have worked hard to establish LMAP, and we are now looking for individuals with the right drive and determination to help the company continue to fly.

You will work within a great team of advisers who will offer you support and guidance in addition to residential training courses and monthly meetings where you will be kept up to date with your progress – we will work with you to make your plan and help you thrive.

You will be CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified with excellent relationship management skills. You must be able to self-manage, be outward looking and the ability to prioritise your work load is essential.

Your own client base is an advantage though leads are also provided and a professional attitude towards maximising these opportunities is essential.

You will have office space provided with free parking though homeworking is also possible.

Excellent commission package for the right advisers working on a self employed basis.

Duties will include;

Contacting clients and setting up meetings, either within the LMAP office or in clients’ homes
Conducting in-depth fact finds
Researching the marketplace and providing clients with information on new and existing products and services
Keeping up to date with financial products and legislation
Maintaining client communication at all times
Ensure sufficient client information obtained and analyse information gathered
Undertake sufficient product and market research
Assisting clients in formulating advice tailored to their needs and circumstances
You will need;

Self-motivation and organisation
Pro-active and outward looking
The requisite generic financial services knowledge and CeMAP
A good level of numeracy and IT skills
Discretion and an understanding of the need for client confidentialiy
Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills
